Microscopy and Image Analysis

For the visualisation of cells and histological samples reflected light, transmitted light or fluorescence microscopy is routinely used. Several image processing programs for documentation and analysis are available. Thus, we are able to apply quantitative evaluation methods. Furthermore, the image processing allows for the analysis of radiographs, microradiographs and computer tomography data.
